Role - Customer Support Specialist

What You’ll Do

  • Support clubs via phone, email & helpdesk
  • Troubleshoot queries and escalate development needs
  • Deliver online and in-person system training
  • Support customer onboarding & data set-up
  • Keep CRM/helpdesk records accurate
  • Build relationships that support customer retention
