Your New Role
Working within the Customer Experience department, you will join the team as an Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will manage the key handover point for customers after point of sale, guiding schools through their onboarding journey from initial setup to confident use of the service. You will ensure a smooth start to the customer experience and coordinate handovers to trainers while resolving queries efficiently.
To Ensure Your Success
You will have previous customer-facing and onboarding experience, with strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills. You will be confident leading customers through guided onboarding journeys, managing calls and emails, and capturing key information in CRM systems. Experience with Teams, Zoom, and different software platforms is essential, alongside attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork.
