IT Support Apprentice

Our client is a GDPR protection company who are compliance experts who fight cyber-crime. They always go above and beyond to help their customers. Offering a comprehensive suite of compliance solutions, information resources and consultancy services. They are looking for an IT support apprentice to join their experienced team to a support variety of technologies and systems. The IT support apprentice will be responsible for a mixture of reactive support, project work and scheduled maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of an existing experienced team to support a variety of technologies and systems
• Mixture of Reactive Support, Project Work and Scheduled Maintenance
• We are also developing a range on centralised management cyber services and the role will help with this
• Provide telephone and remote 1st line support
• Learn service desk process & best practice to deliver a consistently high level & accountable client experience
• Undertake other duties appropriate to the post as directed by line management
