Portal Product Manager
I'm working with a client who is looking to hire an experienced Portal Product Manager to take ownership of their customer portals strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Product team and play a pivotal role in shaping how customers interact with digital services.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in delivering customer-facing portals, with a proven track record of driving UX-led solutions that showcase products and services effectively. You'll be working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring new portals to life, ensuring they are customer-focused, compliant, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities for the Portal Product Manager:
- Define and deliver the customer portal strategy and roadmap
- Gather insights through research, competitor analysis, and client feedback
- Translate requirements into clear product designs and oversee build/delivery with integration partners
- Drive portal enhancements that improve customer experience and engagement
- Support the wider Product team in building best-in-class product practices
Key skills for the Portal Product Manager:
- Proven background in developing customer-facing portals
- Experience in UX design and digital engagement
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack, especially Dynamics and Power Platform
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multi-functional teams
