Sales and Customer Success Officer

After several years of hands-on experimentation across D2C and B2B, CocoRio is now profitable and entering a structured growth phase. Our systems are increasingly automated, our B2B proposition refined, and we are ready to scale with intention.
The RoleWe are seeking a Sales and Customer Success Officer to support CocoRio’s growth across D2C and B2B. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role , reporting directly to CEO Corinna Bordoli.
The role combines:
- D2C Sales & Customer Success: manage client onboarding, support the sales process, match families with creative nannies, and provide ongoing client support
- B2B Customer Success: manage client relationships post-sale, support renewals, and re-engage previous clients to drive repeat business
You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, and smooth delivery of CocoRio’s services.
Key Responsibilities D2C Sales & Customer Success- Support the D2C sales process, including client onboarding and package transitions
- Match families with creative nannies and manage the ongoing client relationship
- Provide high-quality client support to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Assist with ad hoc recruitment to meet client demand
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within D2C
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing B2B clients to maximise renewals and repeat business
- Re-engage previous B2B clients to support re-conversion
- Collaborate with CEO and teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction
- Collect client feedback and contribute to process improvements
- Prepare documentation for leadership reviews and stakeholder alignment
- Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and propose solutions
- Support continuous improvement of systems, workflows, and tools
- Ensure D2C operations and client management are efficient, high-quality, and scalable
- Support B2B customer success to increase recurring and repeat business
- Contribute to process improvements and automation informed by client feedback
- Support recruitment to ensure supply meets demand
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

- Broad understanding of startup operations, including numeracy, data analysis, and systems
- Adaptable, fast learner; works well independently and collaboratively
- Confident and diplomatic communicator

- Experience as a founder or early-stage startup team member
- B2B or consultative sales experience
- Existing connections in events, education, or corporate sectors

- Full-time, permanent role
- Salary: £35,000/year, with significant upside through 2% commission on annual net revenue (renewals and own business) and vested equity
- Work model: Primarily remote, flexible working supported
- Fully subsidised Hansenbeck Leadership and Sales training (in-person preferred)
- Start date: March 2026 (TBC)
