Finance Transformation Director – Dynamics 365 F&O

Lead Enterprise-Scale, End-to-End ERP Transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex D365 F&O ERP implementations across global enterprise clients.
• Establish and run delivery governance, PMO structures, programme controls, and quality frameworks.
• Oversee cross-functional teams including functional consultants, solution leads, architects, developers, testing, and change management.
• Partner with C-suite stakeholders to define scope, roadmap, risk management, and delivery strategy.
• Ensure delivery excellence, financial performance, resource planning, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery methodology, project standards, and Microsoft FastTrack alignment.
• Support pre-sales activities, scoping, estimations, and enterprise solution planning.

Skills & Experience Required

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale, full lifecycle ERP programmes (£5m–£20m+) within enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations , including finance, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and integrations.
• Proven track record in programme governance , leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and executive stakeholder management.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and contractual obligations.
• Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or large consulting organisation is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and delivery assurance skills.
