Who You’ll Be Working With

Partnership with technical, operational, and leadership teams will help you craft compelling narratives for prospects and ensure seamless delivery once deals are secured. The Responsibilities

  • Achieve all KPIs and sales targets as outlined.
  • Own individual strategic sales plans that feed into the overall sales strategy and report progress to the Sales Director monthly.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers to ensure the realisation of services and identify opportunities for additional revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to develop the sales pipeline.
  • Lead revenue generation from new-business customers.
  • Produce an annual written sales plan aligned to the organisation’s commercial objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with new business accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Represent our client with honesty, integrity and in the best interests of the organisation.
  • Adhere to all relevant company policies and processes relating to information security and quality management.
  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all organisational, client, staff, and supplier information assets.
  • Proactively contribute to enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Work with senior management, directors, and colleagues on compliance and certifications and ensure team alignment with relevant standards.
