- Dispatch and coordinate service calls to field engineers
- Manage engineers’ schedules and daily workloads
- Own service tickets from request through to completion and billing
- Monitor and prioritise urgent service requests
- Manage a high-volume service inbox
- Order service parts and coordinate site deliveries
- Track parts, inventory, and service documentation accurately
- Liaise with suppliers regarding parts, warranties, and RMA processes
- Previous experience in a Service Operations / Service Coordinator / Service Desk role
- Experience working with ticketing systems, engineer dispatch, and time-critical service environments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with customers and engineers
- 3–4 days in the office based in Hemel Hempstead
- 1–2 Days working remotely
- £32,000 – £38,000 salary (depending on experience)
