Application Support Analyst - Law Firm - £50K + Benefits

- Hybrid: 50% in the office - 5 days every two weeks

Are you the go-to problem solver who thrives on keeping systems running smoothly? One of our key legal clients is seeing an Application Support Analyst to help support and enhance the business-critical applications that keep their Compliance Department operating at an optimum level.
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide 2nd line support for Compliance applications (Intapp Intake & Conflicts, plus other SaaS tools)
- Tackle incidents & requests through ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and fine-tune configurations
- Work closely with IT, Compliance, and business teams on upgrades and deployments
- Partner with vendors to keep systems optimized and effective
- Document processes, fixes, and improvements to strengthen team knowledge
What they’re looking for:
- Experience supporting business-critical applications (ideally in compliance, legal, or risk)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Excellent Excel skills, ideally utilising Power BI too
- SaaS + on-premise system support know-how
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Vendor management and escalation experience
