Change Manager (Product Management Team)  Global Law Firm - City of London -3 days per week onsite  Salary: Competitive salaary and benefits  Technology Change Managers who have an acute understanding of product manager - please apply here!!!!Working closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders, you'll design and deliver change strategies that enable teams to embrace new ways of working whilst minimising disruption and maximising value realisation.This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, requiring you to assess organisational readiness, engage stakeholders at all levels, and build frameworks that support sustainable behavioural change.  Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement change strategies for technology initiatives, ensuring integration with project delivery plans
  • Conduct impact assessments and evaluate organisational readiness for transformation
  • Build and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans tailored to diverse audiences
  • Oversee learning programme design and delivery to support technology adoption
  • Coach senior leaders and executive sponsors on their role in facilitating change
  • Track adoption metrics and adjust approaches to ensure sustained behavioural shifts
  • Partner with Product teams to align change activities with business outcomes
  • Enhance the Change Management Office methodology through continuous improvement and industry best practice
  Experience:
  • 8-10 years in change management, ideally within legal or professional services sectors
  • Demonstrable success leading change for major technology programmes (digital transformation, ERP implementations, cloud migrations, M365 rollouts, AI adoption)
  • Experience operating in cross-functional, fast-paced project environments with complex stakeholder dynamics
  • Background in driving cultural and behavioural transformation for long-term adoption
  Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong grasp of change management methodologies with practical application experience
  • Exceptional presentation abilities with proven track record influencing diverse audiences from operational teams to senior leadership
  • Innovative approach with keen interest in emerging technology trends and transformation practices
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with diplomatic, tactful approach
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, Human Resources, IT, or related field (Master's degree advantageous)
  • Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) beneficial but not essential
