  • Create and continuously refine a standardised migration “playbook” for future acquisitions
  • Assess legacy repositories, analyse document structures and metadata, and map them to the enterprise taxonomy
  • Plan and execute large-scale data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities while maintaining full data integrity and compliance
  • Run test migrations, reconciliation checks, and quality assurance cycles
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time and implement rapid fixes with minimal business disruption
  • Collaborate closely with IT, governance, business units, and third-party vendors
  • Produce clear migration guides, user documentation, and communication materials
  • Identify automation opportunities and contribute to long-term process improvement
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven hands-on experience leading large document or data migration projects into an enterprise DMS 
  • Strong ability to analyse disparate source systems and accurately map structures, metadata, and retention policies
  • Comfortable performing data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation at scale
  • Excellent stakeholder management across technical teams, business users, governance leads, and external partners
  • Demonstrated skill in creating playbooks, checklists, timelines, and user-facing documentation
  • A continuous-improvement mindset with ideas on how to streamline and automate future migrations
