Salesforce TPM Program Manager

I'm currently supporting a leading multinational organisation undergoing a large-scale digital and systems transformation, and they're looking to engage an experienced Programme Manager to lead delivery across multiple workstreams.

This is a senior, stakeholder-heavy role with responsibility for overall programme governance, business and IT alignment, and end-to-end delivery across complex, multi-vendor environments.

As Programme Manager, you will take ownership of the overall transformation roadmap, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into executable plans. You'll act as the central point of coordination between executive stakeholders, business teams, IT, and system integrators, driving structure, pace and accountability across the programme.

• Own and manage the end-to-end programme plan, governance and delivery framework

• Lead cross-functional workstreams across business, digital and technology teams

• Drive alignment between business strategy, operating model and system delivery

• Manage senior stakeholders, steering committees and executive reporting

• Oversee programme financials, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones

• Coordinate external partners and system integrators

• Ensure consistent methodology, controls and quality across the programme

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager on large-scale digital or ERP transformations

• Strong background managing complex, multi-stream, multi-vendor programmes

• Ability to operate confidently with C-level and senior leadership stakeholders

• Strong governance, planning, risk and financial management capability

• Experience within FMCG / Consumer Goods or similar complex environments is advantageous

• Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills

• Long-term, high-impact transformation with strong executive sponsorship
