Role

You will join an experienced Dynamics CRM/365 team to help design and deliver tailored D365CE solutions across sales, service, and marketing functions. This is a hands-on, functional consulting role where you will own the full lifecycle – from requirements gathering to delivery and post go-live support.

Key Skills

• D365CE Functional Consulting (3+ years experience)
• End-to-end implementation experience across multiple versions (2015/2016/D365)
• Strong understanding of D365CE core modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Pre-sales demos, client workshops, user training, and documentation
• Business and process analysis (As-Is / To-Be modelling)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Functional documentation & requirements gathering
• MS SQL Server knowledge
• Partner or Consultancy background
• Power Platform exposure (Canvas Apps, Power Automate)
• Ideally some experience in finance or services industry
• Driving Licence
• You must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction (no Sponsorship, no PSW, no Dependency visa)
• Location: Hybrid (London/Remote) – occasional on-site for workshops
