The Role

In a fully onsite position, the Support Analyst / Support Engineer will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to circa 100 users, to help ensure the smooth operation of my client's IT systems, supporting staff across a hybrid Windows and Mac environment.

This will involve providing user support for hardware, software, and device issues, including PCs, printers, and mobile equipment; maintaining and monitoring internal systems to ensure they're secure, up-to-date, and running efficiently; setting up and configuring new and replacement IT equipment, and managing user accounts across internal and third-party platforms.

My client is keen to find a Support Analyst / Support Engineer with skills/experience in as many of the following areas as possible, but as a relatively junior role, of equal importance is to find someone that is energetic, enthusiastic, and technically-curious, with a genuine desire to develop a career in IT support, coupled with a “can-do” attitude!

  • Existing commercial IT support experience
  • Windows 11
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Experience of Macs - at least at a user level
