2nd Line Support Technician

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver 2nd line technical support for AV & IT systems across a nationwide customer base
• Act as the main point of contact for resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Collaborate with Engineering, Support & 3rd Line teams to solve complex problems
• Keep Salesforce CRM accurately updated in real time
• Escalation point for 1st Line support, offering guidance and training as needed
• Help identify root causes, implement long-term solutions, and support internal projects

What You'll Need

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop environments
• Confident in networking: routers, switches, firewalls, VNC, P2P setups
• Bonus: Experience with Linux, Pi, and AV/audio/streaming software
• Excellent communication skills - from guiding users to documenting processes
• A proactive mindset with solid problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage occasional tight deadlines
• Organised and comfortable with routine admin tasks
