2nd Line Support Technician

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver 2nd line technical support for AV & IT systems across a nationwide customer base
- Act as the main point of contact for resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Collaborate with Engineering, Support & 3rd Line teams to solve complex problems
- Keep Salesforce CRM accurately updated in real time
- Escalation point for 1st Line support, offering guidance and training as needed
- Help identify root causes, implement long-term solutions, and support internal projects
What You'll Need
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop environments
- Confident in networking: routers, switches, firewalls, VNC, P2P setups
- Bonus: Experience with Linux, Pi, and AV/audio/streaming software
- Excellent communication skills - from guiding users to documenting processes
- A proactive mindset with solid problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage occasional tight deadlines
- Organised and comfortable with routine admin tasks
