Technical Support Analyst

Technical Support Analyst - London - Permanent - £50,000 per annum

**Onsite role 5 days per week in the office**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Technical Support Analyst to join our London based global law firm on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support for firm-approved applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, iManage, Litera ChangePro, InTapp Time, and BigHand
  • Support remote computing solutions (VPN, VMware) and assist with videoconferencing across internal and external locations
  • Configure, install, and maintain software, PCs, laptops, printers, and networking hardware
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventory and coordinate equipment relocation
  • Work collaboratively with other Technology team members on installations, upgrades, training, and documentation

  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving tech issues
  • Experience with hardware/software installations, technical documentation, and user training
  • Professional interpersonal skills and confidence working with all levels of the firm
  • In-depth knowledge of standard software applications and hardware components
  • Experience working within a law firm is essential
