We're working with a fast-growing creative technology agency who are searching for a Sales Admin Support professional. This role sits at the centre of their business development function and supports senior leadership across multiple business units. It is a great fit for someone highly organised, confident with CRM systems, and comfortable working with data, reporting, and sales processes.

The role:

You'll look after the full administration of the sales pipeline, ensuring all leads and opportunities are logged, tracked, and accurate. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to keep the pipeline moving and will prepare regular reports, forecasts, KPI dashboards, and performance insights. The position also includes managing commission tracking, supporting the creation of sales materials, and coordinating activity around events, awards, and client engagement.

Alongside sales support, you will collaborate with marketing to ensure smooth lead follow up. You will also help improve internal processes, support system usage, and provide wider organisational support to the senior team when needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales admin process, referral system, and CRM updates

• Maintain accurate pipeline data across several business units

• Prepare sales reports, analysis, and monthly scorecards

• Track commission payments and maintain supporting documentation

• Collaborate with marketing on inbound leads and campaign alignment

• Support creation of proposals, decks, case studies, and other collateral

• Assist with industry events, conferences, and client hospitality

• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and reporting

• Provide admin and organisational support to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years' experience in sales admin, business support, or CRM coordination

• Previous agency experience

• Strong CRM knowledge (Synergist, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

• Confident with data handling and analysis in Excel or Google Sheets

• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

• Good written and verbal communication

• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines

• Experience creating or supporting presentations and proposals
