PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst - 3 months - £288 per day INSIDE IR35 - Mostly remote. The occasional site visit required

We are looking for a PMO Analyst who has experience working on large, complex, multi-workstream programmes.

• Strong understanding of hybrid delivery: waterfall Stage Gates and governance with agile delivery at team level.
• Proven ability to manage plans, RAID logs, dependencies and governance in a structured way.
• Hands-on experience with both MS Project and Jira:
• Comfortable maintaining and interpreting integrated plans and milestones in MS Project.
• Confident working with Jira boards/backlogs, basic configuration and reporting.
• Exposure to BI / reporting tools (Power BI or similar) and strong Excel skills.
• Able to interpret complex information and present clear, concise summaries for senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with financial and resource data (forecasts, actuals, variances).

Desirable

• Experience in the retail sector or other customer-facing, multi-site environments.
• Experience within a global or multi-region organisation.
• Familiarity with portfolio / CTMO-style functions (prioritisation, demand, capacity).
