Snr Project Director – Hyperscale Data Centre

Location: Norway or UK

This is a standout opportunity for a senior leader at the top of the data centre market.

I’m working with a major consultancy delivering one of the most significant hyperscale data centre projects in the Nordics, and they are looking to appoint a Project Director.

This role is all about strategic oversight, leadership, and control. You won’t be buried in day-to-day delivery, instead, you’ll be steering a fast-growing internal team (currently 8, scaling to 30+) while working closely with a sophisticated client team.

It’s a position for someone who can confidently step in, take ownership, and set the tone across a complex, high-value project.

🔹 Proven experience delivering large DC campuses is essential

🔹 Background in a top-tier consultancy strongly preferred

🔹 Nordics experience is a bonus, not a requirement

🔹 Strong leadership and stakeholder management is critical

🔹 Clear pathway to step into a Nordics Lead role longer term
