BDM - Thermal Cooling
I’m currently supporting a company who are looking to expand their thermal management and liquid cooling solutions team. This role would be working across EMEA and the Middle East.
The role sits within a business experiencing strong growth, driven by datacentre expansion, AI infrastructure, and increasing demand for advanced cooling technologies.
The position has broad regional ownership across EMEA and the Middle East and will involve:
- Driving revenue growth and margin performance across strategic enterprise and datac entre accounts
- Developing long-term account strategies across hyperscale operators, OEMs, and system integrators
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities across the region
- Supporting customers through liquid cooling adoption, pilot programmes, and scale deployment
- Building relationships across technical, engineering, procurement, and commercial stakeholders
- Collaborating with R&D and technical teams on product qualification and innovation initiatives
- Tracking market trends, competitor activity, and emerging cooling technologies
- Owning pipeline development, forecasting, and commercial planning
Key Selection Criteria:
- Must have between 5-8 years of experience
- Experience working with data centres, cooling systems, HVAC, thermal management, advanced fluids, or technical B2B products.
- Understanding of liquid‐cooling technologies (immersion, direct‐to‐chip, CDU systems, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Previous National Account Management or Technical Sales experience in a related industrial or engineering sector.
Package:
- Between £55,000 - £65,000 (possible flex)
