Are you an Office 365 expert who loves solving complex messaging and collaboration challenges in a global environment? This is a great opportunity to join a major international banking group and play a key role in modernising and consolidating their O365, Exchange, Teams and e-Discovery platforms.

You'll be the go-to Engineer and SME for O365, Exchange and Teams voice, leading delivery, troubleshooting and optimisation across a large, regulated enterprise.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver and administer O365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, collaboration, e-Discovery) with a focus on high availability, disaster recovery and security.
• Lead modernisation, integration and consolidation of messaging, collaboration and e-Discovery platforms across multiple entities.
• Deliver and support Microsoft Teams video and voice to both BYOD and corporate desktops, including telephony integration and voice recording migrations.
• Perform 3rd line incident and problem management for O365/Exchange/Teams, identifying root cause and driving issues through to resolution.
• Maintain and patch Exchange servers, manage product lifecycle, and contribute to O365 roadmaps for Messaging and Collaboration.
• Create, maintain and improve technical documentation and SOPs, including implementation procedures and fallback/rollback plans.
• Investigate service problems, plan and test solutions, and interface with management, business users, third parties and support teams.

What you'll need

• Strong Office 365 / Exchange expertise to at least 3rd line level in a large, multi-site, global organisation.
• Deephands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft messaging technologies (Exchange / O365) and companion tools.
  • Microsoft Teams - including video, voice and telephony integration.
  • E-Discovery / compliance tooling (e.g. Enterprise Vault, Compliance Accelerator, Discovery Accelerator, Clearwell).
  • Intune MDM, Active Directory / ADFS / hybrid services, Windows Server.
  • PowerShell scripting, automation and orchestration.
• Proven experience in design, migration, integration and implementation of the above technologies.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable operating in a global organisation and liaising with senior stakeholders, vendors and support teams.
• Desirable: Experience supporting a user base of ~20,000+; degree or Microsoft certifications (e.g. MCSE Messaging / MCSA).
