As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead complex engagements, cultivate strong client relationships, drive business development, and mentor a high performing team. You will leverage your deep industry expertise and consulting acumen to deliver impactful solutions that address critical financial and technological challenges faced by consumer focused organisations.

You will be passionate about delivering an impact that matters to our clients by delivering solutions which provide the right information, at the right time to run their businesses.

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Advising, scoping and delivering large complex Enterprise Performance Management transformation programs ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior client executives, facilitating decision making and driving implementation.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Consumer Industry practice by leading and supporting the development of compelling proposals, pitches, and thought leadership pieces
  • Mentor, coach, and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and professional growth.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career progression for team members
  • Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders across the Consumer Industry.
  • Contribute to the development of the proposition, aligning it to Deloitte's Thought Leadership in Finance, and leading the team in creating the necessary supporting material

You will demonstrate:
  • Demonstrable deep knowledge and experience within at least one, and ideally multiple, sectors of the Consumer Industry (Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive, Tourism, Hospitality, Leisure)
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business value creation within the industry
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and influence senior stakeholders
  • Developing talent within the team through mentoring, coaching and knowledge & experience sharing.
  • Qualified/Part-Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
  • Experience in one or more of core EPM solutions such as Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle Cloud
  • Experience of managing teams using offshore and/or near shore resources
