Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating people and resources, managing client relationships, and ensuring that project objectives align with the company's strategic goals and client needs. The Project Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, driving project success through effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects from initiation through completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal team members, third parties, and client resources for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Track project performance, develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations to clients and senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to professional services methodologies and best practices, working closely with the Delivery Excellence team.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams and departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience in technology consulting or related professional services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. PMP, Prince2, or other project management certification preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate team members.
  • Proficient in project management and/or Professional Services Automation (PSA) software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Certinia PS Cloud).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Client-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
