Business Development Director

They’re now looking for a Business Development Director to lead from the front—defining go-to-market strategy, developing team capability, and winning major enterprise accounts across key verticals.

What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and lead a commercial strategy focused on long-cycle, high-value deals
- Manage, coach, and inspire a growing team of Business Development Managers and Sales Leaders
- Design and implement best-in-class training and development programmes
- Build and maintain strong senior client relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive pipeline growth and improve conversion
- Identify new revenue opportunities and growth markets
- Deliver accurate forecasts and market insight to the executive team
- Represent the business at industry events and in strategic conversations
- Proven experience in senior B2B sales or business development leadership
- Background in SaaS, analytics, platforms, or enterprise-level technology solutions
- Success in leading teams and delivering multi-million-pound targets
- Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on leadership style
