Project Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. Working closely with the Projects Team and Operations Board, this role is key to supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives across the business. You will play a vital part in ensuring projects are coordinated, tracked, and reported effectively while also providing administrative support to project managers and stakeholders.

Overview of the Role

As a Project Administrator, you will support a variety of projects ranging from IT system implementations to business transformation and strategic initiatives. You will help implement and manage our project management tool (Smartsheet), assist in preparing RAG status reports, and ensure project artefacts are up to date and professionally presented.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to synthesise information from multiple sources, and confidence in managing stakeholder communication. You will work closely with the Head of Projects, project managers, and senior stakeholders, helping to drive efficiency, consistency, and quality across the delivery of projects.

Person Requirements

  • Experience in project administration or support within a professional services or complex business environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities independently.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Prince2 Foundation (or equivalent) certification.
