About Bayora:

Bayora is a research-driven startup transforming the way AI safety is built. Our platform automatically generates synthetic risk scenarios, evaluates AI behavior, and fine-tunes models to act safely — before they are deployed in high-stakes domains like healthcare, finance, and legal services. Think of it as proactive red-teaming + self-correcting AI safety.

What You'll Do:

Lead the technical development of Bayora's AI safety pipeline, including synthetic scenario generation, reflection-based corrections, and LLM fine-tuning.

Work closely with the founding team to define the architecture and scale the platform.

Integrate AutoSafe with real-world AI applications across domains.

Collaborate on research-to-product translation, turning cutting-edge AI safety research into deployable tools.

We're Looking For:

Experienced AI/ML engineer with strong Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow skills.

Familiarity with LLMs, reinforcement learning, or generative AI.

Passion for AI safety, alignment, or ethics.

Problem-solver mindset; comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus: Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP) or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
