• Advise on high-stakes technology transactions — from multi-jurisdictional carve-outs and outsourcings to collaborations and digital platform builds.
• Work directly with senior executives and global in-house teams to help design, negotiate and deliver strategic technology projects.
• Collaborate with market-leading lawyers in corporate, IP, antitrust, finance and tax to structure transformative deals.
• Mentor junior lawyers and play a visible role in business development, client events and thought leadership initiatives.

What You'll Need

• 2-5 years' PQE (flexible) at a leading international or top-tier firm.
• Experience across IT outsourcing, technology procurement, business separations or digital projects.
• Sharp drafting skills, commercial judgment, and confidence managing your own workstreams.
• Strong academics and a genuine enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
