What You'll Do
- Act on high-profile cyber, data, and technology disputes — including incident response, regulatory investigations, and litigation following major cyber events.
- Advise on contractual technology disputes, from IT implementation projects and software licensing to outsourcing and service failures.
- Support clients through cyber incidents end-to-end — coordinating with forensics experts, PR teams, regulators, and cross-border counsel.
- Work closely with cyber insurers and help shape the firm's growing cyber insurance offering.
- Get involved in business development — speaking at events, building insurer relationships, and contributing thought leadership in a field that's evolving daily.
- 0-4 years PQE (flexible up to 5) in litigation or disputes with exposure to cyber or technology matters.
- Experience in cyber insurance, data breach response, or privacy litigation is a major advantage.
- A sharp legal mind, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- A team-first mindset with the confidence to handle major client relationships.
