Strategic Programme Manager - Elevating eCom Consumer Experience (12 month FTC)

We’re on an exciting journey to elevate our eCommerce consumer experience. This role is pivotal in driving cross-functional planning and delivery of a key strategic programme that will shape the future of our digital experience. THE GIG As our Strategic Programme Manager, you will:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Elevating eCom CX programme across multiple functions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and project managers to define objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful outcomes through robust governance and KPIs.
- Drive collaboration and continuous improvement across diverse teams.
- Proven experience in programme management within a large and complex, cross-functional environment, with significant experience managing digital redesign programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in project governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
