We're looking for a tech-savvy and client-oriented Presales Engineer to design tailored AI-powered solutions, build compelling demos and POCs, and support our sales team in showcasing the value of the DRUID platform to prospects and clients.

What you'll do at DRUID

  • Act as a trusted business partner of the Sales, Delivery and Customer Success Leaders, and share ownership in achieving the territory's business objectives and revenue targets
  • Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and other cross-functional partners to think big and shape the go-to-market strategy for large customers
  • Support Sales opportunities with exceptional consultative selling and technical experience
  • Drive revenue growth through a combination of planning, enabling the team, and owning relationships with customers' senior technical stakeholders
  • Conduct and coach detailed discovery at all levels to internalize customers' digital transformation strategies
  • Design high-level solutions to fit client needs and environment during the deal process
  • Build and deliver custom made industry specific demos for new prospects and clients
  • Create powerful POC's (Proof of Concepts) for prospects and customers
  • Present and demonstrate our solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences while building strong relationships and handling technical objections and issues throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Be an evangelist of DRUID tools by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution
  • Drive end-user adoption of DRUID product through events, seminars, webinars, technical training, and other activities as appropriate
  • Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs, speaking in webinars and other industry events
  • Contribute to clients' business objectives by offering an industry-relevant perspective on markets and industries
  • Ensure clear guidance is transferred to our delivery team, including details on use cases and the customers' business objectives to ensure customer success
  • Work closely with Product team at the improvement of the core functionalities and adding external technologies to DRUID ecosystem.

What you'll bring to DRUID

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • >3 years' experience as a Technical Presales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or in a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Proven ability to map customer needs to product solutions and business outcomes
  • Experience in building tailored demos
  • Strong mix of technical understanding and business insight
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - comfortable with both IT and executive-level conversations
  • Enthusiastic about AI, automation, and digital transformation
  • Industry-specific knowledge is a plus within healthcare, financial services, and higher education particularly.
