The Role

This is a high-autonomy role on the Agent Engineering team . You will own the end-to-end architecture of AI agents that must outperform human support at enterprise scale.

You will bypass middle management and work directly with technical leaders at major enterprises to solve complex system challenges—turning bleeding-edge LLM capabilities into reliable, scalable production software.

What You Will Do

• Ship Production AI: Design and deploy AI agents that manage complex, multi-turn interactions with higher accuracy than human agents.
• Push the Technical Limits: Operationalize the latest text and voice models, solving for latency, hallucination, and reliability in high-load environments.
• Scale the Platform: Identify system-wide patterns to re-architect our core platform, making it smarter, faster, and more resilient.

The Profile

• Experience: 2+ years of shipping high-quality software in a production environment.
• Technical Core: Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and asynchronous programming is non-negotiable.
• Systems Thinker: You are comfortable digging into deep technology stacks to solve obscure system failures.
• Mindset: You have a high pain tolerance for complex problems and a low tolerance for "good enough."
