Customer Support Executive (Graduate or Equivalent) full training will be given

Location: Leatherhead

Salary: Up to £25,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time, office-based

  • Salary up to £25,000 (depending on experience) with a 3-month probation review
  • 22 days holiday (some Bank Holiday working required – mainly May and August)
  • Monday to Friday working pattern:
  • 08:00am to 16:00pm (early rota)
  • 10:00am to 18:00pm (later rota)
  • Occasional work-from-home day available (following probation and based on experience)

The role: Customer Support Executive (Graduate or Equivalent)

As a Customer Support Executive, you will provide day-to-day support to clients, assist with projects, and ensure that customers receive the best possible service. You will be monitoring support issues, helping to resolve technical queries, and getting involved in testing and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities: Customer Support Executive (Graduate or Equivalent)

  • Manage and monitor customer support issues through to resolution
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and suppliers via email and helpdesk
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients
  • Provide practical and technological solutions to customer problems
  • Produce reports for customers and internal teams
  • Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day customer activities
  • Participate in software testing and release processes
  • Take part in training to keep your knowledge and skills up to date

About you: Customer Support Executive (Graduate or Equivalent)

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience/qualification
  • Previous customer service experience (any industry welcome)
  • Confident IT skills and a good understanding of modern systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work
