Network Engineer Apprentice

The individual will be responsible for providing swift and effective solutions to customer inquiries and support issues, spanning a variety of industries and technologies. This includes, but is not limited to, Public Cloud environments (Microsoft Azure and AWS), Microsoft 365, on-premise servers, and networks.

This enables learners to develop and enhance technical skills, and ensure that they have the technical grounding needed to become a skilled Network Designer, Systems Engineer or Network Administrator.
