Business Analyst
As Business Analyst you will support the transition from the legacy systems into the new platforms. Engaging with key business stakeholders to support the transition and capture further improvements. You will provide analytical and creative problem-solving to improve business processes. Working independently and flexibly, organising activities in line with project and change management methodology and establishing a high level of stakeholder confidence and trust.
This organisation is investing heavily on a Transformation programme to ensure world class tools for its employees. They are based in Peterborough and operate a hybrid working model requires 3 days a week in the office.
As Business Analyst your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a view of business processes that support operations and customer journeys, identifying how these interact with technology.
- Enabling identification of key business processes that will be required to support new business and technology capabilities.
- Defining business requirements for technology project delivery and continuous improvements. Acting as the custodian of the requirements set and ensuring these are delivered within timescales.
- Responsible for identifying needs, gathering requirements, developing user stories and recommending business solutions as part of a continuous improvement.
- Provide the business with a functional understanding of how systems are integrated and how data flows between applications.
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation roadmaps for procurement system enhancements.
- Analysing situations and recommending process and productivity improvements.
- Leading planning of roadmaps, projects and work streams to ensure delivery of the required outputs.
- Responsible for improving core platforms and ways of working.
- Conduct business reviews and UAT across the suite of products.
The successful candidate will have had experience of working in a similar environment. You will be an effective communicator and problem solver.
£40,000 to £45,000
