Cutover Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager / Readiness Manager to lead and coordinate all activities related to system cutover and business readiness for a major transformation program. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to new platforms with minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the cutover strategy, plan and timeline for the program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure readiness across technology, business, and operations.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues related to cutover activities.
• Facilitate mock runs, rehearsals, and readiness checkpoints to validate plans.
• Ensure robust communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the cutover process.
• Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to align on deliverables.
• Provide post-cutover support and ensure stabilization activities are executed effectively.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in cutover planning and execution within large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Business Systems/ Cloud Migrations, data migration and system integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with readiness frameworks, risk management and contingency planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP implementations.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
