Technical Project Manager – £60,000 - North West London – MSP

A leading MSP is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join their growing Professional Services team. This is a key role overseeing the delivery of multiple IT infrastructure, cloud and transformation projects for a diverse UK and global client base.

The Role

You’ll manage end-to-end project delivery — scoping, planning, scheduling, stakeholder management and governance — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high technical standards. Working closely with Project Engineers, you’ll coordinate resources, maintain documentation, handle risks/issues, liaise with third parties, and ensure smooth handover to Service Desk.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple IT infrastructure & cloud projects simultaneously
• Build project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Manage stakeholders at all levels with clear communication
• Maintain risk registers, issue logs, documentation and governance
• Ensure quality delivery, correct invoicing, and proper project handover
• Support technical reviews, proposals, and continuous improvement activities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Project Manager experience within an MSP
• Strong technical understanding across common MSP tech stacks
• Excellent organisation, communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage resources, budgets, risks and timelines
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
• Prince2 / PMP beneficial but not required
