The Company:
Our client is a market-leading automotive technology business that helps global fleet and mobility operators transform how they manage, connect, and serve customers.
With a proven suite of smart, scalable, cloud-based platforms and a customer base that includes major OEMs, leasing companies, and service providers, they're now embarking on an ambitious international growth journey across Europe and beyond.
The Role:
As International Business Development Manager, you'll be right at the front of the company's global growth. You'll identify and engage enterprise-level customers across Europe, open doors at senior level, run complex sales processes, and close high-value deals that deliver long-term recurring revenue.
This is a role for someone who loves building something new, developing markets, forming relationships from scratch, and seeing deals through from first contact to signature.
What You'll Do:
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across Europe and other key markets.
- Build and manage your own pipeline, from lead generation through to contract completion.
- Lead compelling sales conversations, demos, and commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders.
- Develop partnerships that accelerate market entry and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to shape go-to-market activity.
- Consistently hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
The Person:
You're a natural hunter, commercially sharp, resilient, and motivated by winning. You combine strategic thinking with a proactive, hands-on approach and thrive on taking ownership of results.
- Proven track record of success in new business development within automotive, fleet, mobility, or Automotive technology sectors.
- Skilled in managing complex, consultative sales processes and closing high-value deals.
- Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders and influencing at board level.
- Self-starter who can operate independently and build new markets from the ground up.
- Flexible and willing to travel extensively across Europe and internationally.
