Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the formation and development of the sales team, including recruitment, training, task allocation, and ongoing performance coaching.
  • Establish and implement team management processes, performance standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong, high-value partnerships with merchants in line with the company's business strategy.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services, identify key business opportunities, and guide the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a sales management role. Experience in internet or hardware sales is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the local market, with existing industry connections considered an advantage.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism.

  • Adaptable to the fast-paced nature of the internet industry, energetic, and capable of delivering results under challenging circumstances.
