ENI is growing! We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Data & Insight team as we enter an exciting new phase shaped by AI and changing talent needs.

What you'll do:

• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Build new relationships across the data & analytics landscape
• Offer high-level consultancy as talent profiles evolve in an AI world
• Run end-to-end recruitment across insight, analytics & emerging AI roles

What we're looking for:

• Experience in recruitment and/or data, insight, or analytics
• Strong business development skills
• Ability to partner with clients at a senior level
• Curious, ambitious, and ready to grow with us
