The opportunity
We're hiring Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultants to own and grow a high-impact tech desk. You'll build relationships with venture-backed companies and high-calibre candidates, operate as a true market advisor, and play a meaningful role in scaling Harrison Clarke's next phase.
What you'll be doing
- Building and deepening relationships with founders, CTOs, VPs Eng, Heads of Talent, and investors.
- Developing a sustainable, high-quality talent network in your niche.
- Delivering retained and contingent searches with a consultative, high-touch process.
- Using modern sourcing methods
- Representing Harrison Clarke in the market with credibility, curiosity, and urgency.
