Sales Development Representative

My client, a growing Cambridge-based technology company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their Account-Based Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships with key decision-makers across safety-critical industries and contribute to the growth of an innovative product — all within a supportive hybrid working environment.

Key duties will include:

  • Creating personalised outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone and events
  • Researching organisations to understand priorities and challenges
  • Engaging potential customers to discuss their needs and pain points
  • Qualifying leads and booking calls/demos for Account Managers
  • Maintaining accurate records and activity on the CRM system
  • Supporting wider campaigns, webinars and industry events

The successful candidate will have:

  • Sales experience, ideally within the H&S sector but this isn’t a non-negotiable
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A methodical, organised approach to managing workload
  • Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivation, resilience and drive to achieve targets
