What you’ll be doing

• Source and engage top candidates using leading recruitment platforms
• Write job adverts that attract high-quality applications
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage your own recruitment desk with full support from your team
• Work to sales and performance targets

• Degree-educated, 2.1 as a minimum
• Confident, ambitious, and motivated individuals
• Competitive mindset – sports or sales experience is a bonus
• Resilient and goal-driven
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
