A thriving secondary school in Greenwich (Kidbrooke) is seeking a passionate and driven Graduate Computer Science Teaching Assistant to support their ICT and Computer Science department. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain practical classroom experience ahead of pursuing a PGCE or teacher training route.
️ The Role:
• Support Computer Science and ICT lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Assist students with coding, programming, and digital literacy tasks
• Deliver small-group interventions and targeted support
• Help with lesson preparation, classroom setup, and resource creation
Candidate Requirements:
• 2:1 or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
