Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join one of our leading clients, based in Chesterfield. This senior role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our solutions.
You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients of the business, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Success Manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications
- Understand customer needs, objectives, and challenges, providing proactive and effective solutions
- Manage customer onboarding, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Develop and execute customer success and account development plans
- Plan, attend, and follow up on client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Monitor customer usage, health, KPIs, and retention metrics, providing forecasts and insights
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities using value-based selling approaches
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and market trends
- Accurately manage CRM systems, quotations, contracts, and reporting
- Represent the company professionally, consistently demonstrating company values
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
- Proven experience managing complex accounts and senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g. monday.com)
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working independently and collaboratively
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage expectations and resolve conflict
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
