Elevation Tech & Transformation are looking for a Data Analyst who’s passionate about transforming information into insight. In this role, you’ll bring together data from multiple sources for our client, ensure its accuracy and integrity and create clear, impactful reports and dashboards that help drive smarter business decisions.

You’ll be instrumental in building processes that make data more reliable and accessible across the organisation and your work will directly support better planning, performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and validate data from a variety of systems and sources.
• Design and implement processes to ensure data is captured and maintained accurately.
• Improve data quality and consistency across the organisation.
• Deliver clear, timely reports and dashboards that inform business decisions.
• Develop an understanding of backend systems to enhance data analysis and manipulation.

About You

• Proven experience in a Data Analyst role.
• Skilled at managing and reporting on data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, databases, systems).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and validate large datasets.
• Advanced Power BI skills (or similar data visualisation tools).
• Demonstrated success improving data processes and delivering meaningful reporting solutions.
• Experience with HR or operational data is advantageous, but not essential.
