Finance & Office Manager - Temp or Contract (6 months ongoing)
Location - Doncaster
Fully Office Based
£30 - £43k per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Elevation Recruitment are working with a fast-growing data engineering business who are seeking a Finance & Office Manager to take full ownership of our operations, finance and office management. This is a critical, hands-on role for someone who brings structure, discipline, and momentum to a growing business.
What you will be responsible for:
- Manage day-to-day finance using Xero
- Ensuring strong cashflow discipline and clean financial records
- Support with invoicing-to-cash process and actively driving payment
- Build relationships with customers and provide account management
- Support with customer quotes and order processing
- Assist with bids and tender documents
- Provide all admin support to the engineers
- Ensure all documents are prepared for audits
- Provide support to the MD (Diary management support)
- Take ownership of suppliers, facilities coordination, and day-to-day office administration as required.
- Provide weekly and monthly snapshots on performance
What you must bring:
- You must be confident speaking to customers as well as internal stakeholders
- Previous knowledge of Xero
- Ideally knowledge of working within an SME - although this is desirable
- Ability to be flexible and adapt depending on workload
- Proactive outlook on work
- Great commercial instincts

They are looking to pay between £30 - £42k depending on experience
Hours are flexible - but full time 39 hours a week
