The Role

• Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with company goals.

• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure quality, security, and scalability across all platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience scaling engineering teams and delivering complex products.
• Strong technical background in modern software development and cloud technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
