As our Partnerships Account Executive, you’ll work closely with our UK Partnerships Manager and play a key role in scaling high-impact partner relationships that drive sustainable pipeline and revenue growth across the UK market.

As our Partnerships Account Executive, you’ll work closely with our UK Partnerships Manager and play a key role in scaling high-impact partner relationships that drive sustainable pipeline and revenue growth across the UK market.
Your key focus areas will be:
- Growing revenue through a portfolio of high-performing referral and strategic partners
- Building and converting a strong partner-led pipeline into closed-won deals
- Deepening partner engagement, capability and advocacy for Employment Hero
- Contributing to the acceleration of our UK growth as we scale towards our BHAG
- Managing and growing a portfolio of UK-based referral and strategic partners
- Driving partner-sourced pipeline through enablement, joint planning and execution
- Owning the end-to-end sales cycle for partner-referred opportunities
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships to maximise impact
- Forecasting accurately and consistently delivering against revenue targets
- Using data and insights to prioritise effort and continuously improve performance
To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way – operating with focus, agility and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, partnerships or channel-led revenue roles
- A strong commercial mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Confidence building trusted relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth, scale-up environments
- A data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
