Project Manager – Windows 11

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the rollout of Windows 11 across our organization. This is a critical short-term engagement focused on planning, coordinating, and executing the deployment of Windows 11 to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Windows 11 rollout project across multiple departments.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure user readiness through communication, training, and support strategies.
• Manage post-rollout evaluation and ensure all systems are stable and optimized.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within IT infrastructure or operating system deployments.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS environments, particularly Windows 11.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
