Service Desk Analyst
IT Service Desk Analyst x 2 – Nottingham / Hybrid - Fixed Term 12 months, with a possibility of going permanent 28k + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits This multi-site and fast-growing organisation require an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst, to provide on-site and remote support to more than 1300 end-users. As an internal IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for the diagnosis and resolution of incidents and service requests, including escalation to the appropriate teams.This will be a hybrid position, with the expectation of at least two days per week required in their Nottingham office. The core hours that the team work are between 8am-5pm, so no on-call is expected with this position.Package:

- Windows environments, Microsoft Office suite, and system management software
- Hardware support
- Knowledge of Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.
- Relevant technical certifications are desirable e.g. ITIL v4.
